All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

If you did not receive the product within 45 days you can request a refund or a reshipment. Please note that it usually takes 8 to 15 days for your package to arrive.
We offer exchanges or store credit only . Please email us right away to start a return at onelifeyourlifeco@gmail.com. We are happy to work with you on any exchanges! Items must be unworn, in their original condition with inner packaging and sent back to us (at your cost) within 14 days of receipt (based on USPS timestamp date received).

While this rarely happens, we are not liable for lost, delayed, or stolen packages during transit and it is the customers responsibility to contact their local post office if a package goes missing or arrives damaged. Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. We use a precisely calculated shipping service for international orders, and are not responsible for any additional customs or VAT charges outside of USPS calculated shipping charges.

Depending on what's happened to your piece, we offer repair within 60 days of purchase. Email us onelifeyourlifeco@gmail.com to work out the details and cost. Note that you will have to cover the postage to send us the piece that needs repair.
